Our Mission
Mission Secure is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the digital infrastructure of nonprofits by providing essential cybersecurity, IT support, and technology consulting. We prioritize organizations that address critical community needs, including affordable housing, food security, and advocacy for social equity. Our goal is to ensure these nonprofits can operate securely and efficiently, allowing them to focus on their core mission and drive meaningful change.
Our Story
Mission Secure was founded to address a critical gap: too many nonprofits lack the cybersecurity staff and IT resources needed to safeguard their operations. Seeing this challenge firsthand, Christopher Jones, a former Googler and CEO of a Google Cloud partner company, launched Mission Secure to fill this need.
From the start, our work has been rooted in the understanding that nonprofits are often underserved when it comes to technology support. They operate on tight budgets, face increasing digital threats, and rarely have dedicated IT teams. Without reliable technology, their ability to serve communities is at risk.
That’s where Mission Secure comes in. As a volunteer-led initiative, we provide cybersecurity audits, outsourced IT support, and technology consulting, ensuring nonprofits have the digital tools they need to thrive.
